DASH FOR USE BY DEPARTMENTS
DASH is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for Departments. Customer Service will log details of a call and if it cannot be resolved by them, a case is created and assigned to the relevant group in a Department. Dash is also used to provide services to staff.
